Where does the data come from?

From the European Commission’s monthly full TARIC extraction. Each yearly snapshot reflects the situation on the 1st of the month.

How current is the data?

The latest snapshot is kept up to date; older yearly snapshots remain available as an archive.

Is this an official site?

No. hscode.info is an independent reference. Only the Official Journal of the EU and the customs authorities are binding.

Why is a code missing?

The data contains the entries valid at the time of extraction. Codes can be removed or introduced. Try another yearly snapshot or report the missing code.

Which languages are available?

German, English and French — for the interface and for the goods descriptions.

Can I reuse the data?

The underlying TARIC data is public. Please respect the European Commission’s terms of use and attribute the source.
